This course is a 1-day class with book and exam provided. Current Food Managers can attend 4 hours of this course to earn their certificate of completion to apply for (continuing education) license renewal.
The ServSafe® program provides food safety training, exams and educational materials to foodservice managers. The ServSafe® program is developed by the National Restaurant Association with the help of foodservice industry experts.
The agenda for the day will go as follows (there will also be periodically breaks)
8:00am-11:30 am: Morning Instruction
11:30am-12:00 pm: Lunch Break
12:00pm - 4:00 pm: Afternoon Instruction
4:00pm -5:00 pm: Certification Exam
